Legacy Stabilization CollaBORATIVE
The Legacy Stabilization Collaborative brings together anchor institutions across Saint Paul and Minneapolis to share knowledge, strengthen one another, and build the infrastructure needed to flourish. These are organizations with deep community trust, proven programs, and leaders with cross-sector influence. ASANDC serves as a convener, holding the space for peer-led learning, shared strategy, and collective sustainability.

PROSPERST.PAUL
ProsperSt.Paul builds renter-centered pathways to financial stability and wealth-building across Saint Paul. Launching in 2026 with the Renter Leadership Council — a paid cohort of Saint Paul renters co-designing solutions from the ground up.

LEGACY SCHOLARS INSTITUTE
The Legacy Scholars Institute is a three-generation learning and leadership program that brings youth, adults and caregivers, and elders together in structured intergenerational learning — grounded in the belief that inequality is reinforced when young people lack guided access to adults and elders for real-world decision-making. The program focuses on financial education, civic storytelling, cultural healing, and wealth planning to strengthen leadership, stability, and generational wealth. Launching fall 2026.
WORKFORCE FORWARD
Workforce Forward prepares residents for licensed, living-wage careers in the skilled trades — integrating digital tools, sustainability practices, and entrepreneurial pathways to open doors in a rapidly evolving industry. Designed for those who have been locked out of these careers, not just those looking to enter them. Launching 2027.
