ASANDC: A BLACK LED ANCHOR SINCE 1980

A trusted anchor
in historic Rondo

Since our founding in 1980, Aurora St. Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation (ASANDC) has served as a trusted anchor institution in Saint Paul’s historic Rondo community, advancing housing stability, economic opportunity, and generational wealth for community.

Over more than four decades, ASANDC has helped create more than 300 affordable homes, developed 18,000 square feet of commercial space for local businesses, and supported more than 680 entrepreneurs. These place-based investments reflect a sustained commitment to strengthening neighborhoods impacted by displacement and systemic inequities.

Rooted in the resilience of Rondo, ASANDC continues building on this legacy by expanding holistic programs that support families, strengthen legacy institutions, and cultivate long-term community wealth across the Twin Cities.
