was established to address the needs
of residents of the WARD I community located in St. Paul, MN.

Summit/University
Aurora/St. Anthony
Frogtown

ASANDC provides programs for youth, seniors, and economic housing & commercial development.

Established in 1980, ASANDC began as a community watch, and crime prevention group.

ASANDC hosts year round events for Summit-University residents of all ages.
